Welcome to Online Registration
Registering online is easy and quick!
Just follow these simple steps:
| 1. | RETURNING MEMBERS LOGIN
If you are a returning member please login using your user name and password. A lost password link is available on the registration page. Please Note: We upgraded our website in the summer of 2022. If your old login information is not found you will need to create a new account. |
| 2. | CREATE YOUR NEW MEMBER ACCOUNT
After clicking the blue Register Now button on the top right hand side of the page, you'll be asked to create a member account if you don't already have one. Simply click the Create a new Stack Sports Account tab when asked to log in to the registration system. |
| 3. | COMPLETE PARENT INFORMATION
After you create your new member account, you'll need to fill out the parent/guardian form with your family information. |
| 4. | COMPLETE PLAYER REGISTRATION
Choose the age group for your player, then fill out the player information. After you fill out the player form and click Next, you'll be asked if you want to add more players or to finish registration and pay. |
| 5. | CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOU'RE DONE!
After you've filled in your parent and player information, you'll see your total fees and can choose to pay by debit or credit card online. Note: No credit card information is EVER stored on our computers and all information is encrypted by our vendor for your security. |
PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
PRACTICE AND GAME SCHEDCULES ARE NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL AFTER YOUR SPORTS DRAFT.
WE TYPICALLY TRY TO SCHEDULE 2 PRACTICES A WEEK FOR EACH TEAM.
GAMES FOR OUTDOOR SPORTS ARE USUALLY SCHEDULED FOR WEEKENDS.
OUTDOOR SPORTS PRACTICES AND GAMES ARE PRIMARILY HELD AT THE 11 LOCAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN THE COURTHOUSE AREA.
INDOOR PRACTICES AND GAMES ARE HELD USUALLY HELD IN THE GYMS OF THE SAME SCHOOLS.
WE CAN NOT DETERMINE WHERE AND WHEN YOUR PLAYERS PRACTICE AND GAME WILL BE HELD UNTIL AFTER YOUR SPORTS DRAFT.
DUE TO THE SIZE OF MOST OF OUR LEAGUES REQUESTS TO HAVE YOUR PLAYERS PRACTICES OR GAMES AT A SPECIFIC LOCATION ARE TYPICALLY NOT POSSIBLE.
PARENT/PLAYER REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC TEAM ASSIGNMENT, PLAYING BUDDY, ETC. WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL DIVISIONS OF EACH SPORT.
THESE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED UP UNTIL THE LATE FEE DATE.
WHILE WE WILL ATTEMPT TO HONOR ANY PLAYER/PARENT REQUESTS AFTER THE LATE FEE DATE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THESE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED.
In accordance with the ACHR Draft Policy,
1. A returning player moves from one age level to another age level, they must re-enter the Draft. Exceptions are made for the Head Coaches son/daughter or when an Assistant Coaches Option has been executed PRIOR to the Draft (see Draft Policy).
2. Players Registering after the draft are assigned to teams that have any roster opening (i.e. for basketball teams with less than 10 players) in the same order as their draft selection.
3. Specific coach and team requests can not be honored for players above entry level teams.
